The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi was always known to bring some of the best smartphones for the price and this year they plan to launch their new model- Mi Mix 2, a bezel-less smartphone. There was a ton of info about this smartphone before now and we all knew that this smartphone was going to launch at some time; thankfully, we know that it will be on September 12, along with a great iPhone 8. This year is a great year for smartphones, as some of the best smartphones are launched this year, including the great Samsung Galaxy S8.
So, what to expect from Xiaomi Mi Mix 2? Well, we don’t know exactly what, neither any of the specs so we could only speculate. We at least expect a high-end smartphone with the newest Android OS and a great design. We are really eager to see how will the new bezel-less design benefit this smartphone in terms of performance, look and handling. The September 12 actually isn’t an officially confirmed release date, but rather a speculation. If that’s true, then it’s questionable if that’s a good idea, as iPhone 8 is a highly-anticipated smartphone.
We won’t be surprised if Xiaomi decides to launch Mi Mix 2 a couple of days or week earlier than iPhone 8, but it’s all up to them now. We know that the third quarter of 2017 will be the great year for smartphone consumers, as more great smartphones are scheduled to launch. At the end of the day, we really hope that Xiaomi will not get forgotten because of the iPhone’s popularity because Xiaomi deserves much more attention than they have now.
