Realme has just launched the latest smartphones in their lineup yesterday. In an event held by the company yesterday, Realme launched the Realme 2 Pro. However, Realme also launched a new smartphone in their lineup yesterday named as the Realme C1. This was very reminiscent of the Apple event as Realme also launched “one more thing” yesterday. The Realme C1 is the first budget smartphone from the company in the Indian market. Until now, Realme has launched the Realme 1, Realme 2 and the Realme 2 Pro.
Now, Realme 2 Pro, as we know, is a smartphone which offers great specifications at a mid-range price. However, Realme C1 is the entry-level smartphone from Realme which competes with the likes of Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A from Xiaomi. Now, Realme C1 has been launched with a notch in its display as well. The display of Realme C1 is a tall 6.2-inch HD+ one with a resolution of 720×1520 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9.
On the processing side, the Realme C1 is powerful for an entry-level smartphone too. This is because the Realme C1 has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset inside it. This processor on the Realme C1 is clocked at 1.8GHz and an octa-core one. Apart from that, Realme C1 also has 2GB of RAM inside it. There is also an internal storage of 16GB on the device which can be expanded up to 256GB with the help of microSD card.
The smartphone also has a dual camera setup on the back which has a 13MP primary with a 2MP secondary sensor. This camera has a F/2.2 aperture and supports Bokeh mode, AI beautification and HDR mode. On the front is a 5MP camera which supports face unlock.
The Realme C1 has a 4230 mAh non-removable battery and runs on ColorOS 5.1 skin based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The Realme C1 is priced at Rs. 6,999 in India and is available exclusively on Flipkart same as the Realme 2 Pro.
