Meizu MX5e released in China recently. The News is the specs are interesting with affordable price tag. The specs look like a mixed bag in mid-range smartphones. It is available in Gold, White, and Silver variants.
The price of the Meizu MX5e is 1499 Yuan (Rs.15300 / $230) for 16GB and 1699 Yuan (Rs.17,400 / $260) for 32GB variant. Like the Meizu’s tradition, this MX5e is also a metal build with Magnesium alloy frame. The notable specs are 5.5-inch screen size, Helio X10 Octa-core processor, and a 16MP rear camera.

The 5.5inch screen is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 3.0. The display is made up of super AMOLED technology. The screen resolution is 1920 X 1080 FHD quality. The screen looks in high clarity and sharpness in FHD resolution.
The CPU contains the Helio X10 Octa-core processor supported by PowerVR G6200 GPU. It has a 3GB of RAM and 16GB or 32GB of internal storage. The Internal storage is the variant factor. You have to choose either a 16GB or 32GB storage capacity. This is a great hardware combo in the mid range. We can expect all multi-tasking, Powerful gaming and heavy use could be work well in this device. But, the worrying thing is, there is no option to increase the storage. Meizu MX5e is a useful device in the mid-range. Looking at the specs, except the storage which is a maximum of 32GB, all other looks above average. The performance-oriented hardware such as Helio X10 processor, PowerVR G6200, 3GB RAM and a 3150mAh battery is a right combo.
The price is also reasonable. At present this device is available only in China and not released in all countries.
