Display

LG Stylus 2 Plus has a 5.7 inches screen with full HD resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It has IPS LCD display type. A special feature of LG Stylus 2 Plus is its Stylus. This stylus can be used to touch the display and operate the smartphone functions. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

CPU and GPU

The CPU of LG Stylus 2 Plus has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Octa-core processor chipset which clocks at 1.2 / 1.4GHz frequency. It is paired with Adreno 505 graphical processors.

RAM and Storage

In LG Stylus 2 Plus – K530 version, there is 2GB of RAM and 16 or 32GB of Internal Storage. In K535 version, there is 3GB of RAM and 16 or 32GB of Internal Storage. Both of them has dedicated card slot to increase the storage up to 256GB.

The CPU, GPU and RAM of 2GB (or 3GB) brings the good combination of mid-level performance. CPU is Octa-core which means more performance score in the varied operations. This combo is good for multitasking, watching movies and gaming.

Cameras of K530 is average, but the K535 has good pair of cameras. Battery is average as the bigger screen size eats more battery all over the life. Overall, this is a good mid-level smartphone.

Opinion to Buyers –  LG Stylus 2 Plus

If comparing LG Stylus 2 Plus with other mid-level smartphones from Samsung or HTC, the price is competitive. But after the success Chinese brands like Xiaomi, Huawei, Lenovo, OnePlus etc., we cannot ignore them to compare with reputable brands. LG Stylus 2 Plus has no chance of having a competitive price, if we compare with Huawei, Xiaomi etc. There is no value for money.
