LeEco Coolpad Cool S1 Release Date

LeEco Coolpad Cool S1 announced in December 2016 and planned to be released in January 2017.

Display – Cool S1 sports a 5.5-inch IPS CD display with the screen resolution being 1080 x 1920 pixels.

CPU – Cool S1 is powered by Snapdragon 821 Quad-core Processor (2×2.35 GHz Kryo & 2×1.6 GHz Kryo).

GPU – The above Snapdragon CPU paired with Adreno 530 GPU.

RAM – There are two RAM variants available in Cool S1. They are 4GB and 6GB. The lower choice 4GB RAM, itself enough for many hardcore users.

Storage – The 4GB RAM variant will have 64GB internal storage while the 6GB RAM variant will have a choice between 6GB or 128GB internal storage.

Software – Cool S1 runs EUI 5.8 user interface based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

Camera – Cool S1 has 16MP rear camera and 8MP front camera. The camera features are phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, HDR, panorama, face detection etc.

Battery – Cool S1 carries 4070mAh non-removable battery. The Quick charge 3.0 feature will helps in fast charging the battery.

Connectivity – 3G, 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, WiFi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth v4.1, A-GPS, FM Radio and USB Type C 1.0 reversible connector.

This is a high end smartphone by hardware. But the missing card slot, 3.5mm audio jack and the Android 7.0 Nougat may concern some of the users.
