Chuwi Hi8 Pro Tablet is a new tablet from Chuwi, who has already released Tablets in the Low and Mid range. This new Chuwi Hi8 Pro is running on Windows 10 OS. It is an 8-inch Tablet with Intel Atom Cherry Trail processor with Intel HD graphics.

This one is not a Tablet with high-class features or performance. This is a low range Gadget and also available at a reasonable price of $115. The device is available with accessory bundles and free gifts.

The package includes – Original Chuwi Hi8 Pro black case, Anti-Broken screen, Bluetooth Keyboard case, Bluetooth Mouse and 32GB TF card. For those who buy bundles packages, they are eligible for the following free gifts – Headphone splitter, Cable Winder, Screen Protector, Cleaning Cloth and Capacitive Pen.

These above bundle accessories and free gifts are available in Aliexpress while I am writing this article. We are not sure about the availability of these packages and gifts in other online stores.

For Tablet PC, the design comes second after to the Performance. When we look at the CPU, which is the brain for performance, Chuwi Hi8 Pro has Intel Atom X5 Cherry Trail processor with the Intel HD Graphics 12EU. This is the first and foremost thing which makes us believe that this Tablet will work better.

The Powerful Intel quad-core processor is supported by 2GB RAM and 32GB Internal storage. There is a TF card slot, where we can add up to 64GB TF card. The screen size is 8 inch with a screen resolution of 1920 X 1200 pixels. This screen resolution is above average at the same time, not a great one. Considering the price, this gives good clarity.

The software part is the main part of any Tablet. In some online stores, Chuwi Hi8 Pro is available in Dual OS variant; that is both Windows 10 and Android 5.1 loaded inside. We noticed there are some issues going on in the Dual OS. But, the Windows 10 OS variant has no such problem. We are saying this based on the Customer opinions available in forums and reviews.

The Cameras included are 2MP in the rear and 2MP on the front. There is a 4000mAh battery fueling the Tablet. Other important features in particular for the Tablet PC’s such as HDMI HD Output, WiDi Wireless, Bluetooth 4.0 (can be connected to Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse), USB (type-C) with OTG, etc.

Conclusion

As this is a low-end device targeting the buyers who are looking a Tablet PC for them at an affordable price. For the price of $115, this is a good choice considering the value for money. But, this Tablet is not advisable for heavy usage.
