The MediaTek MT6753 Octa-core SoC with ARM Cortex A53 chipset which clocks at 1.3GHz is the CPU of Cubot Cheetah 2. The graphics processor is ARM Mali T720 MP3.

Cubot Cheetah 2 is a standard mid-level android smartphone. It has 3GB RAM which assures great multitasking performance. The MT6753 CPU is not much powerful when compared to the Snapdragon’s Cota-core processors. MT6753 just average for this device.

The display and camera are value for money in this smartphone. We can expect decent quality in images. The front camera has 8MP sensor which is not a common specs in mid-level smartphone. The 3000mAh battery is promising for a day of power backup on casual use.

Except the fact that CPU is low grade, everything seems right. For the price around $160, this is a good choice. But for just few more bucks, we can get a smartphone with Snapdragon processor.
